CFS & Fibromyalgia Recovery Success Story Transcript:

Malin's experience with CFS & Fibromyalgia

Hi, I'm Malin and I'm from Sweden. And in September, 2019, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and CFS. And by that time I'd been ill for maybe 18 months. And in September, 2019, I also enrolled in the ANS REWIRE program. And it took me about six months to recover. I had some, swift changes in the beginning, especially about energy and the level of pain.

And then it, it took me some time to, to just adjust, the last part, but I can now say that I'm a hundred percent recovered. So, and I had a gradual onset, so,  there were just things that were symptoms like were there for a long time, gradually growing more, bigger, like headaches and very tired, fatigue, and then I started to get other symptoms.

And the most prominent one for me, which made me react that there's something might be wrong was that I started to have pain in my body,  in a lot of different places. And I'd never really had any, any problem, for instance, with my hands or my feet, even though I. I danced into gymnastics and all of that stuff and suddenly it started to appear.

How Malin overcame Fibromyalgia and CFS with a Multi-lateral approach

So kind of early on, before I even got the diagnosis, actually,  I started to, Google online and just, trying to figure out what was going on with me because I did x rays of my joints and there was nothing wrong. And I did a lot of tests and there was nothing wrong there. Yeah,  when I did the research, I came upon, the ANS REWIRE project or the program.

And the thing that. made me, just go for it was that,  I was able to,  to see the first four videos and it resonated with me because it was very clear. And,  I think that my mind said, okay, this is,  something that could explain what's happening to me. But on, on the heart level, I felt, , heard and I felt understood.

And I felt that, okay, there is someone who's been there and that was very important. So I think those two things Helped me to just take the plunge. So apart from the ANS REWIRE program I Went and get massages I also later on had acupuncture and even later on, I use something called Psych K. So all of those things were very, very helpful for me and they were very helpful at that particular time.

So don't do them all at once, uh, just, you know, uh, take one step at a time. And listen to your intuition about this. The thing that I want to share with you is that just, you know, just go for it. There's nothing to be afraid of. There really isn't. I know that you carry a lot of fear and, and things in your body and in your mind and in your heart, but you know, just go for it.

It's, it's an amazing journey and you will, you will get to know so many things about yourself and about life that you will share with them. Your whole life, just, you know, you can do it. You can do it.
